SINGLE EVENT PACKAGES
This package is for the athlete looking to either get into the sport for the first time, or give some structure to their training. This package will give a basic outline of how to train for and be successful in a particular event. Whether you are racing 5k, triathlon, or marathon for the first time, or you are looking for a bit of guidance in bringing your training to the next level, this is the package for you!
6 week 5k & 10K – $50
14 week Half & Full Marathon – $90
10 week Sprint & Olympic Triathlon – $120

For the everyday athlete looking to take training to the next level with some personal attention, we offer the Silver Package. A step above the single event plans, the Silver Package offers personalized coaching year round to fit YOUR needs, regardless of whatever goals and restrictions you may have. These plans are built around you and for you! These plans are good for everyone from the most inexperienced beginner to the average age grouper looking to get more PR’s in the coming seasons to the seasoned veteran looking to get a little bit of personal attention!

This level of personal coaching is our top of the line package that makes your training and your success a completely inclusive package. Individual sessions are a great way to develop skills! These sessions can be used for things such as strength training, transition clinics, swim, bike or run form analysis, and individually coached workouts.
